All Souls Church of England
Primary School Website. A very comprehensive school
website that includes just about everything a present,
or perspective, parent would want to know about
the school and the curriculum it follows. The school has
a high proportion of parents where English is their
second language so great care was taken to include
plenty of photographs illustrating the text to make
viewing the site an enjoyable experience.
There are pages where pupil's work has been uploaded and
the possibility to include homework diaries.
It was the first school in Westminster to include a
downloadable application form for admission to a school
in the city. We have tried to include as much
information as possible as downloadable PDF documents to
save on the time and expense of preparing and sending
out information, but making clear that the information
can be available from the school or by 'snail
mail'.
There was a great deal of liaison between the deputy
head and myself which I am sure contributed to the
success of the site. |

website which is updated weekly. it includes most of
what happens in the life of the church. There is a
weekly notice sheet giving the activities for the week.
Sound files of the morning service and teaching weekends
can be listened to by those unable to attend.
It is hoped that the site is not only a useful resource
for those who already attend but also shows
how the church community functions to those moving into
the area and looking for a place of worship. |
